Recent studies show new antibody drugs can slow cognitive decline in people with early-onset Alzheimer’s — a critical finding for a disease with no cure. CBS News chief medical correspondent @DrLaPook visits Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, where researchers are testing treatments before symptoms appear.
