What’s your favorite sports drink? I’m always on the lookout for healthy options and Body Armor surprisingly fit the requirements. It had no artificial sweeteners which was a huge win. It did have a small amount of sugar BUT when an ATHLETE uses a drink like this, those sugars will either be quickly burned while playing the game or practicing, or used for glycogen stores (stored energy in our muscle cells).
